In my opinion bad leadership is leading to poverty. I'll give you few points for what a good leader must be.
ReplyDeleteA good leader must have clear vision, clear understanding, clear focus and they must know where they are going and what they want to achieve. Also a good leader must be good in learning and encourage others to learn. Finally, good leader must have love of people. We must take personal responsibility to eliminate poverty. Personal responsibility is about WORKING THE TALK not just TALKING THE TALK.
